To manage credit, the system allows management of all credit granted to customers through the Credit Management option. This allows the collections team to get an overview of accounts.

Customer Credit Management

To manage credit:

  1. In the Search field, type Credit Management and select the page from the drop down list.
    The Customer List - Credit Mgmt. page displays.

  2. Select the appropriate customer from the list.
  3. On this page, a snapshot of this customer’s outstanding invoices as well as outstanding sales orders is viewable (on the right, see Sales Order Status FactTab).
  4. On most dollar figures it is possible to drill down to provide the buildup to the total displayed. As an example, a drill down on Not Due Yet and get the screen below:
